Unable to accept incoming connections

Hi,
I have a WAG54G Router running 3 PCs, 2 Desktops and 1 Laptop.
I really cannot think of a reason why this is happening. I'm trying to run a webcam server (webcamXP) from my laptop, I have tried on my desktop and it works (after port forwarding).
I have also tried with other software, Webcam32 and some webserver software.
All work on my 2 desktops but none work on my laptop.
I really don't understand what is going on, incoming connections from my laptop are just not being accepted.
I thought maybe the problem is because its the only PC running on wifi, so i connected it upto ethernet but i get the same problem.
Can anyone help?
Regards,
Alex
