I am interested in buying a Techwood Plasma TV. Have you been pleased with your purchase? Any gripes or issues that I need to know about?

Hey Teacher,

I own a Pioneer Plasma and I am very pleased with it.

I would want to warn you that a Techwood Plasma TV is one of the lowest performing plasmas on the market (and thus cheapest). Users on this forum have reported bad picture quality and seem generally disappointed.

With a Plasma TV, it is worth spending bit more money and go for a well known brand that has reported good performance (Pioneer, Panasonic, Sony, Fujitsu just to mention a few). Otherwise, you may and up with a picture quality worse than your old CRT TV.

I cannot stress enough that you MUST see the Plasma on display and compare with other Plasmas / LCDs and traditional TVs.
