Having trouble getting sound from my camera when embedded on a remote web page.
Video works great. I suspect the issue has something to do with the camera being on an RFC 1918 block (10.0.254.0/24) and the port forwarding being used to connect to it. I've noticed that TCP ports 5001 and 5002 and UDP port 5002 are listening. I've set my connection type to TCP and forwarded 5001 and 5002 to the appropriate places, and I am still not getting audio.
Anyone have any suggestions?
TIA.

I foward 3 ports on my router (both TCP and UDP). I think one is for "control" and the two other for audio/video. May be that you forward the control and video only.
Is your client (IE) connecting over TCP? (the connection method is states in the video window). |
