I tested on Nokia 6230. The result:
in encodings I get e:null
after setting my email address and 120x160 picture size i can save
settings, but after choosing "Camera" I get following error:
"Cannot create player for this stream and type. Cannot create a
DataSource for capture://video"

I hope this is useful

The Nokia 6230 does not support video/photo capture with Java.
