Hi

Just found this website and was wondering if anyone can help . I have a techwood TWP4210 42" Plasma now just over 12 months old and the problem I have is that when I Split the screen or put a pip on the screen the panel switches to standby mode - does anyone know why this happens and what i can do to correct it

Our Plasma switches off when I feed it a bad signal.

I would think that your plasma is switching off because there is a fault (with the multiple video signals feature).

Calling for service may be your only option Sad
