dropped my ps2, console works fine, but the game inside-nope

Hey, thanks for letting me join. I accidently dropped my Ps2 (i know -idiot-right) and at first the disc opener was jammed, but i forced it back in and it works fine. But the game that was inside doesnt load, it takes me dierectly to browser and whenever i click on the disc it blacks out and returns to browser...other games work, just not this.. Anyone know what I could do?

Sounds like the game disc has been scratched. Try the disk in a friends PS2 and if it doesn't work there either you know for sure.

There is a small chance that the laser in your PS2 was moved and that a certain type of game discs does not work (purple, PS1 or some other type).

In that case you can try adjusting the laser or better yet, hand in the PS2 to service Smile

First try the disc on a friends PS2!
