There may not be a way to do that without voiding the warranty. Here's something to try. The warranty strip will be torn if you remove the cover. What I'd like you to try is to remove all the screws (6-8 depending on model) and then trying to eject. Maybe during the fall something pinched the tray and wont let it open freely. If that doesn't work, you'll have to send it in for repairs.........granted I think dropping it is going to cost you on service. Hope the info helps.
