the games jump around or two sounds are playing at the same time. some levels are not there and the screen will freeze after about 5 min.

some demo games have no problems????

i think my sister dropped the playstation.

Try an AUDIO CD in there, try a DVD MOVIE in there. If the CD plays with no prob, then the lens should be in proper alignment. If the DVD doesn't play, then the lens may want to be cleaned or tweaked. Ususally it's one or the other, meaning that either it will read DVD's only or CD's only, or take a really long time to read a specific one. Depending on the scenario, it could be that the lens needs cleaning, tweaking, changing (if it's going bad), or aligning (if it was dropped). Hope the info helps.
