it sometimes freezes at the loading screens and then unfreezes. It also takes a long time to load. The music also skips and the cd makes a clicking noise. Can anyone help?

Is this on one specific CD/Game only or on all discs you put in?

Could be that the lens assembly needs cleaning if it's with all games. If it's with a specific game, maybe the disk is scratched/smudged.
